Last Monday morning While I going to the office in my car as usual on the main road a two Wheeler from sub road recklessly entered the main road and came opposite to my car as I was slow and applied break and took my vehicle to the extreme right but that two-wheeler hit my left bumper. She got a minor Injury as we both reach the the hospital got a verified doctor to rule out any serious damages. She refused to file a case as the police took her statement. The police didn't even talk to me. Later discharged went to other hospital. Discharged from there too but as it is private bill went up to 20k. Now she demanding out of court settlement of the same amount. What should I do now.

A.Dear Client,
If you refuse to do what she requests, she may file a lawsuit against you. If you pay, she may not pursue any legal action against you. Kindly consult a lawyer, if you wish to pursue the case.
Thank you!

A.This is a tricky question wherein if you do not do what she is asking you to do then there might be a possibility of her pursuing legal case against you. If you pay she might no pursue any legal case. So, I leave it to your discretion to decide on what you got to do.
