I am being harrassed and blackmailed via whatsapp for something...i really want to get get rid

A.Dear Client,
If any harassment is done by some one via electronic medium of communication can be complaint to cyber crIme cell of your area or district on written with such messages along with . Then certaily action shall be taken by cyber cell crime branch. This type of crime is non bailable offence.

A.Dear client,
You can file a complaint against the harasser under Section 354D of the IPC which relates to stalking, Section 503 which deals with criminal intimidation as threats made to any person with injury to her reputation, Section 509 which is when someone is constantly bugging you with derogatory verbal abuse because of your gender, or Section 507 which punishes criminal intimidation by an anonymous communication.

You have to approach Police by lodging a complaint better approach Cyber Police or you may file private complaint before Magistrate.

A.You can lodge FIR before the Cyber crime Police Station of your zone or can lodge online complaint before the Cybercrime Cell with the proofs of the screenshots and/or print outs of such harassive messages in Whatsapp for blackmailing you.
