Hi,
I have a porcha for my property and the porcha is in the name of my grandfather. My grandfather passed away and we want to transfer the ownership to my father's name. We have porcha but not have dalil. The property was registered in 1964. How can we proceed?

A.Dear Client,
It is vital to identify your grandfather's Legal Heirs and Heiresses since they must get a Legal Heir Certificate and then release their undivided shares to your father through a registered Gift Deed.
Thank you!

A.To give opinion,it is necessary to know about the Legal Heirs and heiresses of your grandfather because they have to obtain Legal Heir Certificate and thereafter through registered Gift Deed they can relinquish their undivided shares in favour of your father.
