Sir,
We are seven brothers , long back three brothers were gave up their shares in the property by taking some money and a document regisrered. . The remaining four brothets and my father shared the property. Recently my father died. Now the other three brothers are asking for a share in my father. My question is already as my three brothers shared the property once and they wrote that they do not ask for a share
. Whether they are eligible to ask their share in the property again . Pl. Clarify?

A.Dear client,
If they signed an NOC then they did not claim it again and if it is a father ancestor also property then all brother can claim their sign in it. If the property is self acquired then NOC will be valid.
Thank You.
