1) old land with following issues. Please suggest resolution possibilities:
A) lost the ownership papers
B) when inherited in early 1900s a portion of land was paid for but not registered on name. It has been used since years as own because it was owned and paid for but due to lack on knowledge not paid for
3) one room was constructed without passing naksha due to urgent need of a room and no money and time to wait

Please suggest resolution methods

A.Dear client,
1) You can try for these papers at the sub-registrar of the concerned jurisdiction.
2) You can show this through easement rights if the ownership is not clear
