Divorce or Partition

My husband is having an affair since 3 years and refuses to leave her. He fights with me every night and it's very hard to live with him anymore. If I give him a divorce he wants to marry her. So I was thinking of partition. But I have 2 kids and their education is still left. I want to know if I can apply for partition and what does that mean financially
A.Apply for maintenance u/s 125 for yourself and the education of 2 kids. If he has more properties you can file a partition suit on property and salary.

A.Dear client, you can opt for divorce also as there you can ask compensation from husband for you and your children living and studies. You can also opt for judicial separation by filling an application in the court.
