School denied to give 12th marksheet

As I'm not able to pay my daughter's school fees, the school deny to give her 12th marksheet, tc and cc.
I'm facing financial crunch as my work is closed from March 2020 to till now and I don't know when it will be open. I work In Delhi race club

Since your daughter has already finished her last year of schooling, they cannot keep her marksheet with them and further meddle with her future. A.Write a letter to the District School Inspector complaining about the same and hopefully that should help you out. In case nothing happens then file a writ petition in High Court against the inspector and make the school a party to that too.
