Muslim marriage between husband and wife had some family problems and now both husband and wife wants to compromise and start living together in the same house. Do they need to write a MOU ?, understanding clauses ,not to fight ,not to go to police station, no further disputes like that.

A.Dear client,
The husband and wife can get a MOU. But the MOU is more like a mutual settlement which has been penned down in writing and acts as a documentary proof of such terms which have been mutually accepted by the parties to the divorce. The MOU cannot stop a couple from fighting or not have any further disputes.
Thank you.

A.In cases of matrimonial situations like this there is no need of any memorandum of understanding between the parties as these relations are based on love and trust. Still for the sake of peace of mind you can have an MoU in place to ensure a better married life.
