EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE

I have worked with Life Insurance Corporation as Apprentice Development Officer and as Probationary Development Officer from 01/12/2015 to 30/11/2017 (2 years).I was terminated as I did not achieve their targets.
Now , I am working with Dombivli Nagari Sahakari Bank (DNS Bank) as an Assistant Manager from past 2 and half years.
I applied for the post of Scale 2 Officer at Regional Rural Bank (RRB) and for this there was a criteria of 2 years experience from any financial institution and experience certificate was needed for that. I cleared the written examination which was conducted by IBPS and my interview was scheduled at Aurangabad on 19th November 2021. IBPS have authorised Maharashtra Grameen Bank to conduct the document verification and interview. At the time of document verification ,I was not allowed to appear for the interview as I did not have experience certificate. The reason I did not have experience certificate was because my current employer refused to give me the certificate stating that I will have to resign if I have to obtain the certificate. When I enquired my previous employer (LIC) they stated that they do not give experience certificate to probationers. Thats why I took my appointment letter and termination letter of LIC and appointment letter, salary slips ,2 years bank statement of my current employer to prove my 2 years experience from both the financial institution at the interview but still they were adamant and did not let me appear for the interview unless I provided them the experience certificate.
I have complained about this to IBPS through e mail the nect day and waiting for their reply.
I kindly request you to help me in this matter because I have missed one big opportunity to work with my dream job.

A.Dear Client,

You should file a writ petition in High Court against LIC, making IBPS a pro forma party to the action, because this is an important matter and you need the certificate as soon as possible. When you receive the experience letter, you can easily appear for an interview and join the organisation after passing the interview, as per the Ld. Court's order.

Thank you!
