Can a maternal grandson be a legal heir in maternal grandfather's property in case of his mother is dead and his maternal grandfather is dead in Muslim family?
What's the share of a married woman in her father's property (agricultural land) in case of her father is dead in Muslim family?

A.Dear Client,
As per supreme Court Judgement in Vineeta Sharma vs. Rakesh Sharma daughter has full right in father property and has share in partition as well.A married women is a legal heir in ancestral property as well.
