Hi i am a married woman with a 5yr old daughter... I have a illegal affair with a unmarried boy... This came to light..my husband is ready to divorce me... In the boy's house they are politicians and they have brain washed him saying to leave me... Else they will kill me.. So he wants to end our relationship.. We both are 26yrs old... Now I am 1month pregnant with the boy's child.. I want to marry and live with him.. He is afraid of our safety due to his family background... What legal way should we move and marry and how to. Protect us.. Should we file any compliant against his family.... Kindly advise.. What is the full. Procedure
A.Dear client,
You can of course ask for safety from the police and file petition in the court for asking safeguard from the police. But you cannot marry him as you are already married and you need to give divorce first to your first husband.
Thank You.
