A.Dear Client,
You can take them as the witness but the person whom you are mentioning in the will will not be considered as witness. You need to take some other persons as witnesses to make will a valid one.

Note: You should ensure same person should not be the one who have been included in the WILL else it will not be valid

A.It is advisable for not to make the family members to whom or to the next kin of whom the property is going to be bequeathed as attesting witnesses of that Will because then the other legal heirs may dispute regarding the genuinity of that Will until and unless that Will be registered.
