Share certificate is applicable in 99 years lease agreement property in Gr Noida Society? How coowner can participate in AOA elections of society as per UP act in AOA formation in Greater Noida (U.P)
A.Dear client,
Every Apartment Owners Association (AOA) in Uttar Pradesh is obliged and duty bound to issue share certificate to the member apartment owners/ co-owners while giving them membership. The co-owner having first name in the share-certificate will have right to vote and file its candidature in Board election.
