OBC Certificate and Creamy Layer Status

My father works in a private sector company at a sales and marketing managerial position. The caste we belong to finds its mention in central list of OBC - kunbi - Sr no 70 I have a query regarding the creamy layer status First query is - with respect to the following government order - http://www.ncbc.nic.in/Writereaddata/dopteng.pdf which category will my father belong for examining of Creamy layer status? or which criteria do private sector employed persons belong to in determining of creamy layer status second query is - if my father belongs to category VI as mentioned in the document attached above, then will his GROSS income be calculated for determining creamy layer status or NET income after ITR Reduction? third query is - if he belongs to category VI as mentioned in the document attached above, will his salary be considered while calculating creamy layer status, as point 10 on pdf page number 9 clearly mentions salaries of parents will not be taken into account?

the status depends on the salary your family gets with the cap being 8 lakhs per annum. Usually, gross income will be calculated for the determination of the creamy layer status. Depending on that answer, your third query can be answered.
