can i lease/ rent a car from an individual for my taxi business
where the agreement will be between car owner and me of paying on monthly basis to car owner till lease tenure is over

A.Yes but after commercial registration.

A.The car must have a commercial registration number/ plate.Otherwise transaction is illegal and non enforceable. Also an offence under motor vehicle act for using motor vehicle with private registration as a commercial vehicle.

A.You can take a car on lease from anyone for whatever reason that is agreed between you and the car owner. As long as he does not have any problem so you can do that but be sure not to use the car for any illegal activities.

is it ok to make an agreement in (200/100 Stamp paper/Bond) between car owner( Commercial licence owner ) and out proprietorship ( taxi business )
