Driving licence renewal

I have given advance money for my driving license renewal along with original driving licence to an agent, he has applied an application on Jan 2021, but since then he is not submitting my documents and also not paying fee, as per seen on website by using my application number, I have called him number of times, every time he say he will submit it after 2days, but still he has not submitted it. Plz suggest what should I do?
A.Dear client,
You can tell him that you will file a case against him if he does not file a driving license renewal for you. Alternatively, you can also try sending a legal notice to him demanding that he files for a new driver license or returns your money back to you.
