EMI foreclosure on merchant-cancelled products

EMI(split & pay-RBL bank) being levied on us even after Merchant had refunded the amount to the bank stating product could not be delivered. We paid 2 emis without recognising this and now, customer service reps are rude and knocking door for payment. Will attach complete detail if requested.

you need to write a complaint letter to the bank giving all the details and if they donot pay attention to that then you can send the complain to the banking ombudsman who would look into your case and do the needful.
