Sir my father passed away in service but till now I am not able to join the job.... The corporation he was working with is closed now... The corporation has written a letter stating that you should ask directly to the government ie Karnataka Government ....

One does get a chance to join the place of his relative on compassionate ground but since in your case the corporation is closed so the question is who would give you the opportunity to join. They are right that you have to reach out to the government to find out your chances of getting a job on that ground.
