Notice period pay
My CEO asked me to resign and relieved me on the same day much to my humiliation, and he is also refusing to pay my two month notice pay in lieu of the notice period as per my retainer agreement. After two days his father who is director in the company tell me to either work two months or take one month pay and leave . Thay have also withheld my previous month salary which I worked before resigning.
A.Dear Client,
What has been done to you is not only illegal but also inhuman. You should send them a strongly worded legal notice through a an Advocate and make them pay all the dues including the salary for the notice period. You need to bring to their notice that they have committed blunder and they need to pay the dues or else you can take legal action against them
