Regarding different name in will and legal heir certificate

In my grand mother will my father name is written as s.sathya alias sivaraman.
But in my father death certificate, legal heir certificate the name is only s.sathya.
Will it be an issue while property transfer. If so what to be done

Your father needs to get one first class judicial magistrate affidavit done indicating that both the names are one the and the same and they belong to one person. If this is not done then it might become an issue later on during the probate of will.
