Dear Sir, i paid amount to M/s Ekta plast , Daman to supply Biodederadable garbage bags on 3rd september 2021 Rs 55000 and rest rs 30000 from my Company Account to his Firm Account . i was doing this business transaction since dec 2019 with him . Now after getting fund transffered to his account his intention changed and is started avoiding my call . on repeated call he send mere 200kg of garbage bags worth Rs 15000 only and assured to send shortly but now 4 month has been cossed neither he refund amount nor send material for which i am getting huge business loss since 4 month as i am unable to supply material . whenever i call he doesnt pickup or sometime pick and gives silly excuses . now last two week he is assuring to send bilty copy {LR} COPY but still not sending it. This is absolutely Cheating case and i want to file cheating case along with recovery of my Business loss from him . Note usually most of crosspondance done on whatsapp only and i have all voice phone Recording. kindly advice

You may get issue a legal notice and if not settled approach consumer forum or a Civil Court.

A.Dear Client
Send him a legal notice through a lawyer and asking him to either supply all as per the purchase order or refund the balance amount. If he does not pay heed to it then file a case of money suit in the local civil court. You can also file a case of cheating and fraud against him.

A.Dear client,
You can initiate legal action by sending them a legal notice, demanding they either send you the material or make repay all the money to you. If they do not respond then you can file a case against them for fraud and stealing money.
