False allegations by wife for divorce False allegations by wife for divorce

After almost two years of my marriage, my wife went back to her parental home with all the jewelleries and now threatening to file false cases of extra marital affairs, domestic violence and dowry and demanding divorce along with 25lacs. Also accusing that we have taken all her jewelleries.

A.Dear Sir,
You have to protest all such false cases by taking them to High Court and see that stay orders are granted. Further, you may lodge a complaint that she went to her native place with your jewellery.

A.Dear Client,
You should lodge a GD with the local police to save yourself in case she files criminal cases against you and your family. I would suggest that you seek proper advice from an Advocate on what all you can do and how you want to take your matrimonial relation ahead in future.

A.Dear client,
You can file a case for restitution of conjugal rights through which the guilty party may be asked to return back to their spouse. Moreover, you can also keep a record of everything she is alleging to do in case she proceeds to file such cases. You will have proof in such an instance.
Thank you.
