RTI -Gov employee attendence data under RTI

Can third party ask for Gov employee attendence data under RTI? If first appellate authority passed the order to provide the such info to the third party what else one can do??
A.Dear Sir,
A public servant cannot hide his attendance and the person who has taken such information may legally used before the Courts etc.

Unless the above information is required for a formal purpose or the by the court the attendance report should not be provided under RTI as that might lead to passing on some of the private information. If the first appellate authority has passed the order then then serve the order copy to the authority from where you want the information.
