After my fathers death My mother made register release deed in my favour coz I m paying loan of my property but my sister did complain agains me that I did fraud with mother , is register released deed will be cancelled ? Or is this safe for me even after mothers death ? I have all the proof Of my loan which i have paid . Plz rply what is required here

A.Dear client,
if your sister proves the fraud only then cancelled or else it won't as the deeds are in your ownership now.

A.Dear Sir,
If you are paying the loan amount then you can retain the property as per the release deed executed by your mother. Your sister has no share in it.

A.First of all ,after death of your father without making and publishing any Will, his property had been devolved upon his widow and children . Therefore, if you have one sibling then each of you have one-third undivided share therein . As your mother had done registered Deed of Release of her share in your favour, now you are the Owner of two-third undivided share and your sister is the owner of rest one-third undivided share
