Inter religion marriage divorce

Hi ..
I ( hindu) married a Christian girl and have a boy baby. Married through private christian pastor and not yet registered to government. We don't have any marriage documents .
Now she wanted to leave from me due to personal conflicts and we seperated more than a year.
Also she have prepared the mutual divorce agreement through a notary public lawyer. So we have signed on the agreement together on it.
Could you please confirm whether I need to do anything to do next marriage?
