SBI Credit Card Fraud

Basically, In the month of June 13000 approx was debited from my credit card through amazon.in when I was sleeping. I filed a complaint with SBI no solution by giving an absurd reason, filed a complaint with consumer forum no solution, filed a complaint with RBI CMS no solution, filed a complaint with Cyber Crime Branch case closed without any notice, now I don't know whom to approach. Consumer Helpline asked me to file a complaint with the district court while filing I faced some issues. I don't know what is Index, Memo of parties, Complaint with affidavit. Anyone who can advise, answer my question will be a great help. Thank you

as all other approaches are not fruitful, you can approach the court now. An index contains all documents like affidavits, plaints etc. A complaint with the affidavit is a complaint registered in the police station confirming your interest to pursue it. Memo here talks about the issues, laws, facts of the case which your lawyer has to submit initially for a notice to be served to the other party.

If that amount is debited without your consent then SBI card is at fault and for that you can file a case in consumer forum for deficiency of services. If the debit has happened due to some scamsters and it is a cyber crime then you need to file a complaint with local police.
