Rented Shop-shop from 60 years on rent
We have shop from 60 years on rent (Rent is less than market value) now owner of shop wants, we leave that shop. Can we claim for 50% amount of market value for that shop.
A.Dear Client
You as a tenant have no rights to ask for the share in the market value. The question is under which law or rule you are entitled for the same. The property was given to you on rent to enjoy the property and not the ownership of that.

A.It is necessary to know whether there is any Tenancy Agreement or not and whether the landlord is receiving rent from you or not. It is also relevant to know whether the landlord has filed any Eviction Suit or not. Until and unless the relevant facts be known, proper opinion and suggestion cannot be given.
