The owner violated the lease agreement rules that not to build another house in the building ,but he is doing it ,he agreed to give independent house but now trying to build another house ,can I fight legally ,if yes how ?

A.Dear client,
If you are involved in the lease agreement and if the owner has violated the rules of the agreement that existed between you and them, then you may go ahead and ask for a cancellation of the deed or any compensation that the owner must pay you for violating the agreement.

First of all what your privy to this- meaning how are you related to this scenario? Basis that information answer can be given in a better way. If the lease agreement is breached then you can take the party which has breached to the court for cancellation of lease agreement or compensation as applicable.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to scrutinize the Lease Agreement and it is also necessary to know whether it is registered or not. If the landlord lessor has agreed to give independent house to lessee then was it in writing or not.
