Problem facing in construction of house Problem facing in construction of house

This question is related to property. I live in Delhi and am building a house at my native place. I demolished my old house. But I am not able to build a new one because of my neighbor. The neighbor's house is in the name of his wife. He wants some part of our land either we pay him Rs 400000. He is like the Bahubali of our locality. He is also facing some criminal cases due to which he has been expelled from our district. He has money, power and political approach. Because of him no builder is doing the construction work of our house. When someone took the job, he threatened them and they stopped coming. He is threatening our family members. he brought stay on construction twice but the stay has been withdrawn as our documents are correct. The construction of my house is pending for two years and now my neighbor has become more aggressive.

A.Dear Client
You should lodge a complaint with the local police against him describing all the issues and concerns. If the police does not do anything and the situation continues then file a complaint case to the Judicial magistrate court of that jurisdiction.
