Work - Study Outside India

My company in India accepts me (Indian) working while studying master's in France. The study is not company sponsored. Is it legal to study in France and work full-time for an Indian company? Will company face any legal issue?

If your company is a private firm and they do not have any issues in letting you pursue your studies along with the job then its absolutely fine for you to go ahead with this and I don't see any problem anywhere. Had you been with a public sector undertaking then the story would have been diffrent.
