We have signed a MOU against our land we have received cheques but have not deposited them as we have got information that buyer is fraudster.
But that buyer has deposited certain amount in one of our family members account
We have not utilised yet
How to get out of this
A.Dear Client
Send them a notice ( preferably through a lawyer) for cancellation of the MoU and refund his amount. If he does not accept the amount then you can send the money to his account through RTGS/NEFT. Ensure that you cancel the MoU as per the cancellation terms mentioned therein.
