Court Marriage photos needed for family reunion visa in Germany ?

Hello, My wife has applied for a family reunion visa for Germany and one of the main documents is marriage certificate . Here is the check list for the same :- https://india.diplo.de/blob/1816236/881a15b8df4bd0c812e564946e6845d9/familyreunionspouse-data.pdf It says photographs for marriage of functions are needed for people marrying under special marriage act . We did not click any photos in the court premises . What are our options here ? Is it mandatory to provide photos along with SMA certificate ? Can the visa be denied if marriage photos are not provided in case of special marriage act ?
When somebody gets married as per the Special Marriage Act 1954 it is required that they should have some kind of ceremony after or before the registration like putting garlands to each other or putting sindoor on the forehead of the bride. If you have done anything like that and you have the photographs then that should work here.

Hello, I have received a query from German Consulate for providing photos of marriage done as per Special Marriage Act, especially where both of us are signing the marriage certificate. Can you please let me know how did you manage without photos last year. I am in the same boat, do not have any photos in the court premises. I had already submitted photos during the visa appointment of all the important rituals done in the banquet hall.
