PF claim rejected due to CAS?

Hi sir, I need your advice regarding my pf claim rejection due to CAS. I had resigned 1 year ago from company (worked for 7 years). My account has been transferred from NGNAG0063501000 to THTHA0098878000 ( in same company with 2 member ID) and date of exit is also updated. I have submitted online claim form 19 along with 10c , but it was rejected, but all my KYC details are verified and updated in pf site. After submitting form 19, & 10c, my claim was rejected due to CAS?? Sir, Pls help me how to correct this error? Is it mandatory to submit 15g form also after completion of 7 years & after resignation? any approval letter required from old company? can pf member ID blocked/deactivated after 3 unsuccessful attempts? Kindly pls help & reply to solve this issue & what is CAS in PF ?
You will have to help us with the meaning and full form of CAS. Apology that I am not aware about CAS. It is suggested that you send a RTI letter to the EPFO asking the reason for rejection and once you have come to know about it you can very well correct that and go ahead with withdrawal.
