Fake offer letter Fake offer letter

2 years ago

One HR who works in an MNC released an offer letter to me (in December 2020) Because of that I have resigned from my job and waiting to join the new company. But HR used to postpone my joining date and used the reason of Corona. But after 4 months of the offer letter (In April 2021) I came to know that the offer letter which is released by HR is fake and no one in the company knows that he released the offer letter. Its been almost 1 year I have lost my job and career. I have informed senior management who works in the company but they said that HR is already left the company but they are going to take legal action on him but they couldn't able to compensate anything to me. Is it possible to file a case against the company? I need more suggestions on how can I proceed legally.

A.Dear Client,
You should do two things legally;
1. File a civil case against the company after sending them a strong legal notice asking them to let you join the company or pay compensation for the same.

2. Initiate a criminal action against the HR (individual) for cheating and fraud.

A.To give opinion it is necessary to scrutinize that Offer Letter to find out whether it was issued with the seal and signature of that Company and whether it was sent to you through that Company's official Email.
