My mother wants to give all her share to her brother. Can we stop??

I am a adopted girl child. My father died and my mother has made her brother as a nominee in all her bank deposit. She may made a will in favour of her brother.
Can we stop to doing this? Also i want to know that can she made a will about my father's self aquare house. Which is name of my father only.

Your mother can not make a will on the property which has not been transferred solely on her name and she is the legal owner. If she is trying to do that then you can approach the court to stop her from doing so.

You cannot stop your mother from giving away all her shares to your brother. Further, is the father's house now in her name? did he pass away without a will? If neither of these things happened then she cannot make a will involving your father's property if it is still on his name.

A.After your father's death without any Will, his property has been devolved upon your mother and you, each having equal undivided share therein so it is necessary for you to take all the legal steps to get your undivided half share in that property.
