Hello Sir, Is bringing my girlfriend to home is legal. I'm in rented flat. One of Neibour objecting. please help me with this. how to answer the neibour

There is no such law which bars bringing your friend or girlfriend home until and unless it is with her consent. Society objection is not valid under eyes of law and if your personal things is constrained in your flat only you don't need to worry.

If you are not in good terms with the neighbours then you cannot bring your girlfriend as of right. You are at the mercy of the neighbours.

There is no law which bars or prohibits this kind of things and undoubtedly it is not illegal. The society where one lives can make such byelaws and then can probably regulate to some extent but it can neve have a rule denying entry of a person, regardless of gender.

Is there any rule regarding bringing a female over to the place? If your tenant had any such rule imposed from the beginning then you cannot do so but if the tenant has not said anything to you then you can bring your girlfriend over.
