Using a common portion of property without my permission

I and my brother have jointly owned land, and he is keeping his flower pots and is using 90% of that land without my verbal or written permission. I want to get rid of it as that place is connected to my home entrance and a lot of insects and snakes could enter my premises. Also, he had locked one of the two collapse wheels which lead to his floor and the terrace respectively. He also had put an additional door in the common stairway, though it is in between my floor and his floor but still without my verbal or written permission, isn't that illegal.

Since it is jointly owned property hence one person cannot take possession of maximum part and use them for himsefl without informing and seeking consent from the other party. You can ask him to remove all that or else you will have to go to court for further relief.

A.If it is the jointly owned land,then how you ascertain what is your brother's portion and what is your portion. To give opinion, it is necessary to know the relevant facts in this regard and have to scrutinize the documentary support,if any.
