I had filed a pitition under Cpc 144 in Sub Collector office, Patnagarh through my advocate. A complete biased decision in favour of the OP given by Sub Collector office, Patnagarh, Odisha with out varying our documents produced. With whom can I take the matter ? Its relates to hervesting of crop in our land where we had grown paddy. We have won the suit on this land in 2020 and mutation is pending. Land in our possession and we have sown paddy in the land. OP created disturbance during hearvesting.

If the 144 case decision was in the favour of the opposite party then you cannot invoke this and lodge a complaint against him. If they have trespassed your property and causing harm to you then file a police complaint against him
