I have resigned from my company without serving any notice period and have not agreed to any bond with them. Now they send me a letter asking me to pay the dues for the unserved notice period. What would happen if I don't pay? Is it illegal?

A.Dear Client
If you agreed for all those clauses while joining the company then you will have to abide by the terms or else they will be taking legal action against you to recover the due amount. They can file a civil case to recover the dues.
