I paid fine in court for 279 & 337 in 2017, I opt for police verification and it shows no details about it and I also went in person to the station and provide details and said about the charges and fine in court but the officer said no details were there, So if I apply for government exam should I mention the case in the attestation or not to mentioned, The SHO said not to disclose but not disclosure will led me to disqualify what should I do in this matter. I got Police verification certificate mentioned that I have not involved in any criminal case as per records. Accident took place in the same district

A.Dear Client
Since under these two sections you were made to pay the fine hence it is proven that you were held guilty for those crime. These crimes not being so serious you are not to be bothered so much but in my opinion hiding the information might be riskier and disclosing the same may not be so problematic.
