Hello sir/madam,
I took a loan amount of 5,25,000rs from Bajaj Finserv which they gave me on pancard and aadhaar card basis as pre-approved offer.
Due to lockdown i was unable to pay the EMI on time I don’t hav any income source . I lost my job and now currently am not working anywhere. Than too i made them the EMI till now. I din pay them on the date they gave but i paid them .. from last 2 months i din pay the EMI bcoz am unable to arrange cash from anywhere. Now thy are tlng me to come in our office and sign the form of legal notice i told them OK. What should i do next please help me out.

A.Dear Client
If you have taken loan from them then it is the rule that you have to pay the loan back. If you can't do then sit with them and amicably settle the terms letting them know that you are ready to pay but need some time for the same.
