A os has been filed against me for co=ownership rightsand it refers to other co-owners who have not been made party to the OS.
1 How do I make them a party to this OS . The WS has already been filed.
2 Can I ask dismissal of the suit for not making the others also a party?

A.Dear Client
If you wish to add more parties to the ongoing case then you will have to inform the ld. court for the same and move an application/petition praying for addition of the parties. If the parties themselves want to be the part of the case then they can move an intervention application.
Dismissal of suit will be not allowed but you can site the reason of misjoinder during the objection.
