On 2018 my sister in law did act 498A,504,506,34 this cases after a year she came and apologised and took khula she got divorced and now she settled and my brother also but case is still there totally 23 hearing gon in which 11 hearing is showing HBC and and 11 case is showing EVIDENCE now it’s showing NBW to accused and police called to jailed uss.who’s this mistake ?lawyer is doing somthing or just simply taking his fee on every hearing ?

If your sister in law has already settled the matter with you then the best approach to you is to move an application for quashing if the case at the High court and get the case finished for ever and get out of this situation.
