Writ petition not be heard after intirim application

The date is found in the writ petition of a High Court and the case is also listed but the hearing is not done or the number does not come in the hearing, what to do so that that writ petition can be heard?

In the High Court if the matter was not heard on that day due to lack of time then it will be listed for the next day for hearing. In case you wish to move the case on urgent basis then you will have to ask your lawyer to move an urgent petition for the same.
