Rectifying error in the existing sale deed Rectifying error in the existing sale deed

In 1996 my father property ownership had been transferred to other person due to non settlement of loan. Court issued the order to sub registrar to register the property to the loan giver. In 2008 After my father death we payed back the loan amount. Then he sold back our property to me and my mother name. In that Sale deed one survey no is missing. That survey no is still in the seller name. Now the seller is dead. His Legal heirs like spouse, 1st son is ready to sign for the rectification deed for the above mistake. Other 2 sons which are the other legal heirs are untraceable. What is the solution for my problem? Please help me. Is the spouse and 1 son sign is enough for adding the survey no to our name?

A.Dear Client
If their are more leva heirs then signing of the deed by few of them will not work and you need to get the signature of all the legal heirs if possible. The alternate way for you is to file a suit for declaration and basis that order of the suit get the rectification done.
