Can a minor on attaining majority challenge the sale of property made for his benefit by the testamentary guardian?
A.Dear Client
As per Article 60 of the Limitation act a minor can file suit for setting aside or cancelling the sale within three years from the date of attaining majority and not after that. Ask the person to take action if his case is within the time limit.
