Can I ask for refund after attending 3 months of class in 2 years of course by coaching institute due to health issue?

if you are not continuing the classes then you can formally inform the coaching institute and ask for the refund of the fee after deducting the proportionate fee and may be some penalty/ If they do not budge then send them a legal notice. Remember to have everything documented so that you can take legal action if required.
