Illegal termination of employment during pregnancy

My friend’s employer chose to terminate her employment citing some month old email as the acceptance of resignation which was never tendered. This was done after they got to know of the pregnancy.

Your friend can serve legal notice to that company for fraudulently terminating her job and ask them to re admit her to her Job. If they did not consider it then you can take this matter to Labour court.

what they have done is not legal and justified and your friend can immediately send them a notice to reinstate her or else she can file a complaint to the labou commissioner against the company.
