In my land my sister has illegally building the house..how can solve the problem
A.Dear Client,
If she is illegally encroaching on your property then you can file a suit demanding Injunction under Order 39 Rule (1) CPC. You can file a tittle suit if the construction is also made.
Thank You.

A.Dear Client
If she is building the house then file a case for injunction and if she has already built the house then file a case for title suit to claim your rights in the property and drive her out of that land. You need to knock the door of the court for this.
