Sir.,Good morning i have submitted original house documents to court and i have gone for appeal,i need my original documents for house repair loan but where as lawyer says that once the documents as gone for appeal from lower court only after final of the case in the appeal court you will get the document,only lower court has powers so you wait.but my building is in danger what to do kindly advice me. more than one year case is running and document is in court. Thanking you in anticipation

Sir.,Good evening very much kind of you for reply i am having certified copies of original documents certified by court itself once i applied and got it.Lawyer says we have filed OS suit in the lower court and now we have gone for Appeal and i found your original documents in the appeal court so you have to wait until final arguments ends,when it comes to the lower court we will apply and get it.My suggestion is why we should not file application in both the court for return of original document. ?
